We have set up a discount with Ritz-Carlton under the Conner/Fisher event. We recommend that contact them at the above number and make your reservation over the phone. You can also book online but we are not certain that you will receive the discount. www.ritzcarlton.com

Some of our guests are booking their reservations with the Ritz Carlton Kapalua Villas. The villas are larger, have living rooms, and also kitchens. We have arranged for a discount at the villas as well. For more information about the Kapalua Villas, you can visit their website at www.kapaluamaui.com . Call (808) 669-8556 for reservations. Make sure you mention the
Conner-Fisher event.

Of course , you are not obliged to stay at this hotel complex. There are many websites you can search for reservations in Maui. We highly recommend that you book accommodations in the Kapalua area of Maui where there are many fine locations in all price categories to choose from. The Kapalua area is where the wedding and all events will take place.

Activities - Wednesday, June 18th

Trilogy Cruise of the Ka’anapali area

Check in is at 2:15pm in front of Trilogy Ocean Sports Ka`anapali Beach Center on the oceanside of Ka`anapali Beach Hotel. Kaanapali beach is approximately 20 minutes driving time from the Ritz Carlton. Look for our Captain wearing a blue Trilogy shirt who will meet you on the beach, give a safety briefing and help you aboard Trilogy. Parking is available at the Ka`anapali Beach Hotel parking complex. The cruise includes hot & cold appetizers and is approximately a 2 – 3 hour sail. A variety of Juices and Sodas are served all day long. If you want to bring your own “adult beverages” the crew will keep it on ice for you to enjoy on the sail back to Ka’anapali. We return to Ka’anapali Beach at approximately 5:30 pm. Bring sun screen! Dress casual. Footwear you can wear on the sailboat include deck shoes or any rubber-soled shoes. Feel free to go barefoot as we will be loading directly from the beach!

Golf at the Ritz Carlton (most likely the Bay Course)

If you responded that you would like to go golfing with the groom, we will either email or call you to advise you of our tee time. If you did not provide your email or you think I do not have your phone number, please drop me a line at fisherd@jm.com or call me at 303-978-3135 and leave a message. Spa Day at Waihua Place of Wellness
(9:00 -12:00pm)Ritz Carlton SPA in the morning with the bride

If you responded that you would like to go to the spa with the bride, you will need to call the spa in advance to arrange for your personal treatment options. Call the Ritz spa coordinator Mr. Ador Ordonez by calling (808) 665-7280 or email Ador.ordonez@ritzcarlton.com make sure you reference the Conner/Fisher wedding party to be associated to the correct time and discounts. Activities - Thursday Evening, June 19th

Luau rehearsal dinner - Beach Lawn at the Ritz Carlton
(all guests are invited).

All guests are requested to assemble in the Main Lobby of the Ritz Carlton at 5:30 p.m. for transfer to the dinner location. The Luau will end at approximately 9:00 p.m. and the hotel will provide for a transfer back to the main lobby. Dress is casual.

Activities - Friday, June 20th

Big Wedding

All guests, with the exception of the Groom and Bride’s family, Groomsmen, and Bridesmaids, should assemble in the main lobby for transfer to the wedding site at 4:45 p.m. The Groom, the Groomsmen and Grooms family should assemble in the main lobby of the Ritz Carlton at 4:45 p.m. for pre-wedding photos. Following those photos the Groom and Groomsmen, and Grooms family, will be transferred to the ceremony location. The Bride, Bridesmaids, and Bride’s family will be summoned to the lobby for photos upon completion of the Grooms photos. Upon completion the Bride’s party will be transferred to the ceremony location.

The Wedding Ceremony will begin at approximately 5:30 p.m.

Following the ceremony the hotel will provide for a transfer back to the Reception. Formal attire.

Activities - Saturday, June 21th

Bon Voyage Breakfast

10:00 am Bon Voyage Breakfast Buffet at The Terrace Restaurant of the Ritz Carlton. The couple look forward to thanking you for coming and wishing you a fond farewell. Dress casual.

Extras:

If you feel Inclined to present a gift, the bride and grooms’ families respectfully request that you refrain from bringing any gifts to Hawaii. Gifts may be sent directly the newlyweds home following the event. Also, in lieu of gifts, donations to the couples “honeymoon fund” would be greatly appreciated. The couple is currently not registered with any retailers.
